Please note that Flaviour reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Order cancellations may occur due to limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Additional verifications or information may be required before accepting an order. If your order is canceled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the amount will be reversed back to your card within 15 days or the next billing cycle.
Flaviour seeks authorization on your card for the order amount but may only capture the amount corresponding to the fulfilled portion, shipping charges, taxes, etc. Any surplus amount not captured will not be charged. Refunds will be initiated if an error leads to excess charging.
Customers must notify us of cancellations within 30 minutes of placing the order with valid reasons.

Flaviour offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for customer satisfaction. If you don't like your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds are initiated post return of at least 75% of the original product volume.

  • Gift Sets: Damaged gift boxes during returns will not be accepted for refunds.

  • Order Placement: Orders after Jan 1, 2024, are eligible until the guarantee period closure notification.
  • Previous Orders: Previous orders are not eligible for this scheme.
  • Return Requirements: Original containers must be retained, and a minimum of 75% volume must be returned.
